Term I: Digital Design & Vector Graphics

Term I focuses on design rules, color theory, typography, photo manipulation, vector graphics, and digital publishing.

  • Core Concepts: Typography, vector icons, magazine layout spreads, image color correction, and generative AI concept art.
  • Software covered: Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, Dimension, Canva.

Term II: Video Production & Sound Editing

Term II covers post-production, timeline video assembly, sound mixing, motion graphic title plates, and social media formats.

  • Core Concepts: Video editing, audio noise reduction, keyframing, motion graphics, and video rendering.
  • Software covered: Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Audition, After Effects.

Term III: UI/UX Interactive Design

Term III introduces user research, wireframing interfaces, visual layout design, and responsive no-code web publishing.

  • Core Concepts: Wireframe mapping, interactive prototyping, HTML/CSS coding, responsive design, and CMS WordPress setup.
  • Software covered: Figma, Miro, Visily, Webflow, VS Code, WordPress.

Term IV: 3D Content Design in Maya

Term IV covers 3D product modeling, PBR textures, and studio lighting to produce product renders and animations.

  • Core Concepts: 3D geometry modeling, camera rendering, PBR materials, and Arnold lighting.
  • Software covered: Autodesk Maya, Substance 3D Painter, Substance 3D Stager.
