Term I: Digital & Interactive Design Basics

Term I covers design basics, color rules, layout graphics, sound editing, and video cuts, combined with generative AI storyboard graphics.

  • Core Concepts: Color theory, vector game assets, storyboarding, audio editing, and AI concepts generation.
  • Software covered: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Audition, Midjourney, Canva AI.

Term II: 3D Art & Modeling in 3ds Max

Term II focuses on polygonal modeling, UV layout setups, V-Ray rendering, and PBR texturing using 3ds Max and Substance Painter.

  • Core Concepts: Polygonal modeling, low-poly setup, UV mapping, PBR materials, and V-Ray lighting.
  • Software covered: 3ds Max, Substance 3D Painter.
  • Portfolio Project: Game environment interior design.

Term III: AAA Modeling & Setup in Maya

Term III introduces Autodesk Maya for AAA modeling, prop setup, CG lighting, and Arnold renders.

  • Core Concepts: Maya modeling, advanced texturing, Arnold lighting, character setup, and XGen hair grooming.
  • Software covered: Autodesk Maya, Substance 3D Stager.

Term IV: Sculpting, Engines & Interactive Integration

Term IV focuses on game engine integration, sculpting fine details, cloth physics, Unity, and Unreal Engine 5 level layouts.

  • Core Concepts: High-poly sculpting, retopology, cloth physics, Unity AR/VR scripting, and Unreal Engine 5 blueprint setups.
